Rafael cumple mañana 6 meses y el domingo, Marcelo y yo celebramos nuestro sexto aniversario de matrimonio. Y la primavera se ha instalado tempranamente de Davis, asi que hay mucho que celebrar.. lastima que poco tiempo, por que nuestro trabajo nos tiene a full. Rafael crece mas lindo cada dia, ya tiene sus dos primeros dientes y los muestra cada vez que le dan las chiquetadas (o sea cuando goza con alguna tonteria). Mi hermanita Poly ha estado todo este mes con nosotros, cuidando a nuestro regalon y creo que es el mejor regalo que alguien te puede hacer: regalar su tiempo para cuidar a tu tesoro. Yo se que muchos en Chile si pudieran vendrian corriendo a cuidarlo, pero el tiempo, el trabajo y la salud se los impiden.... por eso estamos tan agradecidos de ella, por que todo se dio para que estuviera aqui con nosotros.... gracias pollito!
La proxima semana se va de este pais mi amiga Paola, para volver a Chile.... asi se cierran etapas y asi se abren otras... me da pena saber que no esta aqui, por que a pesar de que viviamos a miles de kilometros de distancia, nos unia la experiencia de vivir otra cultura, otra realidad. Cuando nos llamaba por telefono sentiamos que teniamos una "familia" cerca, que se preocupaba por nosotros. A ella y a Pato le deseo toda la suerte en este nuevo camino, el de regreso.
